Hi, 

My name is Dr. Monifa Charles and I am happy to join the Academic for Advanced Studies Team! 

My teaching philosophy is centered around the idea that every student can succeed with the right support and guidance. I believe in creating a collaborative learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their ideas. As a teacher/ trainer, I encourage critical thinking and problem-solving, and I aim to provide a variety of learning opportunities to cater to different learning styles. Passionate about science and healthcare pathways.
