I was born and raised in Augusta, GA. I have been in the industry for 24 years. My passion has always been cosmetology. Along with my passion, I developed a love for teaching. I am also certified as a Math and ESOL teacher.  

I am a member of the TIEGA Board, currently serving as the Post Secondary Director.

I am currently the SkillsUSA advisor for the Academy for Advanced Studies.
